The service is designed to deliver timely alerts and notifications based on your configuration preferences.
Emergix collects only minimal information necessary to provide alert and notification services, including contact information and alert configuration data. We do not access, store, or process your operational data, customer data, or any other information beyond what is required for alert delivery.

You acknowledge that Emergix operates independently of your operational systems and does not require access to your data or systems to function. Alert delivery is based solely on the configuration and contact information you provide.
N2 Computing implements comprehensive security measures to protect the contact information and alert configuration data collected by Emergix. This includes encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for ensuring that the contact information and alert configuration you provide is accurate and up to date. You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary permissions to configure alerts for the systems and services you specify.
N2 Computing strives to provide reliable Emergix service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Alert delivery depends on various factors including third-party notification services, network connectivity, and recipient availability. We are not responsible for delays or failures in alert delivery due to factors outside our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Emergix at any time with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you through reasonable means. Continued use of Emergix after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
All intellectual property rights in Emergix, including but not limited to software, documentation, and service methodologies, remain the exclusive property of N2 Computing. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Emergix in accordance with these Terms.
You retain all rights to your contact information, alert configurations, and any other data you provide to Emergix. N2 Computing does not claim ownership of any information you provide to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, N2 Computing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Emergix. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from delayed or failed alert delivery, service interruptions, or any consequences of relying on Emergix for critical operations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to N2 Computing for Emergix in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Emergix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that Emergix will meet your specific requirements, be available on an uninterrupted basis, or that alerts will be delivered without delay or failure. You acknowledge that Emergix should not be the sole means of critical incident notification and that you should maintain backup notification systems for critical operations.
Either party may terminate access to Emergix at any time. Upon termination, all alert configurations will be immediately disabled, and your contact information and alert configuration data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and data handling provisions, shall survive termination.
